series Turn Key Systems

All machines come with various size standard features. Routers/Drills, Dust Collector, and Vacuum Pump. If you do not know your particular requirements, please give our application engineers a call. Other custom specifications and options available upon request.

Hold Down Table : Arboron® machine deck is 1.25" thick ( solid phenolic).
Either T-slot table, drilled & taped for mechanical clamping, or machined into a grid for vacuum clamping system. Note: ( vacuum system effective power varies with individual applications. Not all parts may be vacuum fixtured effectively without additional mechanical fixturing. Custom combination tables and fixturing available. )

Computer : Intel Pentium - 233 MHz MMX with a 16 MB RAM, 2.5+ GB hard drive, 3.5"disk drive, internal fax/modem, 2-parallel ports, 1-serial port, 14" SVGA color monitor, serial mouse and extended keyboard.

Software : Windows® 3.11, DOS® 6.22, Vector®6.0 ( cad/cam ), Indexer LPT®, Production Automation Absolute Position G-code Processor and User Interface, and PC-Anywhere® software.

Control Cabinet : Centralized electrical controls for machine, computer, dust system, vacuum hold system and spindles. Includes all wiring switches, contactors, surge protectors and fuses necessary to operate machine. Fan cooled, filtered and pressurized dust resistant aluminum cabinet. Note: ( Customer must provide the required electrical drop )

Installation and Training : Manufacturer shall install the equipment and provide training. Combined installation and training will be for a period of two days. Technical assistance will be provided at no additional charge for a period of 60 days.
Note : ( Freight, Air fare, transportation, and lodging of the installation technician vary and will be paid by customer. )
